2010 American Lung Association
Stair Climb
Once again the Somers Fire and Rescue Department has participated in the American Lung Association Stair Climb on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the U.S. Banking Center in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Last year, the Somers Fire Department raised $2519.00 for the Climb, placing us third on the list as highest fund raisers for the 2009 Climb. Our goal this year was to raise $2000.00 as a team for this event. This year the Team raised $3379.00 for the climb. The department placed eighth in the state for organizations, and first as a fire department. We thank everyone who helped us meet and even exceed our goal this year!
